Take a moment to ground yourself in the present. Find a comfortable seated position or stand with your feet firmly planted on the ground.

Close your eyes if you feel comfortable, or softly gaze at a point in front of you. Now, take 3 deep breaths, inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

As you breathe, bring your awareness to the sensations in your body—the rise and fall of your chest, the feeling of the air on your skin, and the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat.
